The digital image construction system has involved the dematerialization of photography, resulting in an extremely versatile virtual material. This virtualisation has meant the displacement of traditional photographic norms and points towards a new visual order.
By manipulating my camera, I exaggerate the noise generated by the sensor creating images that highlight the electronic nature of digital photography.
Later this image is hosted in a server and we access to it through a QR code with our smartphones, but this image returned by the screens is no more than a graphic simulation, a virtual representation of an image of electronic nature.
Hostnoise 1.0 marks the end of the era of technical reproducibility and the beginning of the era of electronic simulation.
